Second, strengthen supervision and guidance.Supervision and guidance is an important means to promote the implementation of the work. In this theme education, the central government sent a steering group, and the party committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the party groups (party committees) of the competent departments of industry systems sent a roving steering group. The general secretary particularly emphasized that "formalism should not be pursued resolutely, nor should it be formalized, routine and superficial", and "all possible formalism should be predicted in advance, effectively prevented and resolutely overcome".
Third, pay attention to overall planning.Overall consideration is a scientific method of our party and an important experience formed in the long-term revolution, construction and reform.
